This design makes the machine base strong and steady for precisely processing.The special reinforced column structure provides firm support to the wheel head, which provide high stability during the grinding operation.Precision angular contact ball bearings are applied in the wheel spindle. It provides high rotation precision, low temperature increment and low vibration to ensure the grinding quality.To ensure the stability of precision, the outside wall of spindle sleeve has air-cooling spiral grooves to avoid the temperature increasing of the spindle rotation. Front end of the spindle has air curtain sealing design to expend the spindle life by prevending coolant and chip particles getting into the spindle.Both column (Y axis) and machine base (Z axis) are using roller type linear guide ways to improve the smoothness of micro-feed movement and remain high rigidity. With high precision ballscrews applied in the three axes can keep the precision of feeding movement.Customer can choose the controller brand among FANUC, MITSUBISHI or PC-Base.Conversational software is available with PC-Base controller. Using the diagrams to assist the operator to setup the information of workpiece then can use several types of grinding functions and grinding wheel dressing setting with auto compensation. Easy-to-operate can reduce the training time of operators, which is helpful to shorten the lead time and raise the working efficiency.
